Watts is committed to helping students manage the costs of a nursing education and strives to be responsive to each student’s needs. Our goal is to help you find the resources to make a Watts education affordable.
Financial Aid
Upon acceptance, the financial aid counselor at Mount Olive College’s RTP campus will guide you in the development of a financial aid package that meets your individual needs for both Mount Olive College and Watts School of Nursing. You’ll be introduced to a variety of financial aid options that range from low-cost loans to grants to scholarships.
Tuition Reimbursement Program
The school also offers a tuition-based reimbursement option, which makes a Watts education truly affordable with employment at one of the best health care systems in the country.
This cooperative program between Watts School of Nursing and Duke University Health System reimburses a graduate’s nursing tuition in exchange for a three-year work commitment at Durham Regional Hospital, Duke University Hospital, or Duke Health Raleigh Hospital. Graduates are paid 1/3 of the tuition at the end of each year of full-time employment. You’ll be eligible for the Tuition Reimbursement Program upon entrance into the nursing courses at Watts.
